I keep Shopify stores running. Orders, customer support, ads — the parts founders don't have time for. Ten of them at the moment, across five countries.
I also build the software my team runs on.

I got into this at 18, at my brother's recruitment agency. What stuck with me wasn't the recruiting — it was watching a company get built out of processes rather than luck. Someone writes down how a thing is done, and then it keeps happening whether or not anyone remembers.
In 2025 I started ScaleWise VA with no clients and that one idea. Today it's a small team across five countries running day-to-day operations for Shopify brands — the orders, the inbox, the listings, the ads. The unglamorous half of ecommerce, which happens to be the half that decides whether a store survives.
I'm finishing a degree in Business Analytics while I do it, and working toward a PMI certification. Most weeks that means the store work happens first and the coursework happens late.
A Shopify operations and growth agency. Store management, customer support, ads, development. Small and growing brands, mostly — the ones that need someone to actually run the thing.

A VA management platform — time tracking, screenshots, activity, clients, invoices, a knowledge base. I built it because nothing off the shelf fitted how the team actually works. Ten people use it every day.
An AI automation platform for Shopify operations — the manual work we do by hand now, done by something else. Not finished, not sold, no waitlist theatre. It'll be here when it's real.
Tell me what your store needs. If I'm not the right person I'll say so.
